- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- Yes. It is collected at the start so that day eight is not a surprise, and nothing is charged if you cancel during the 7 days. You can cancel from your account in two clicks.
- What about Hushmail?
- Patient enquiries go through a Hushmail for Healthcare account in your name, so their Business Associate Agreement is with you, the covered entity. It costs about $12 a month and we walk you through setting it up in the launch checklist.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on every level. Until it is pointed at us, your site lives on a private address only you can see.
- Can I change levels?
- Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. We build websites. The checklist explains the rules we know apply to a California psychology practice and encourages you to have your attorney or malpractice carrier review anything that gives you pause.
