What we collect from account holders
Your name, email address and the practice details you enter, so we can run your account and your site. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.
What we collect from visitors to this website
Nothing personal. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Sign-in uses a strictly necessary session cookie.
What we do not collect
Patient information of any kind. The platform has no form, inbox or database for it. Secure patient enquiries to a practice are handled by Hushmail under an agreement between Hushmail and that practice.
Who we share with
Stripe (billing), Clerk (sign-in), Railway (hosting), and an AI model provider that receives only the non-patient content and settings needed to generate a proposal you asked for. None of them receive patient information because none exists on the platform.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export or delete your account information from your account or by emailing us. California residents can exercise their CCPA rights the same way; we do not sell or share personal information.
Retention
Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted, except where the law requires longer.
